There is a severe roach infestation. We have lived here for four months and have had the exterminator visit almost every week. On May 24th, 2021, there was allegedly a clogged pipe in the basement and in the process of fixing this, maintenance applied a large-scale poison treatment that caused the roaches to flee and scale the walls of our building. We were killing roach after roach as they appeared from all angles. Our lobby was teeming with roaches that were very much alive and clearly not showing signs of having been poisoned. Roaches were crawling in through the windows, the roof, everywhere. There was absolutely no communication from property management and when we called in the midst of the ambush, we were told to submit a support ticket and they MIGHT be able to get the exterminator out on the 25th. We not only had to leave our apartment for the day because of how many roaches there were, but we could not stay overnight because the problem was still persisting.

Unfair and too expensive especially for people with Vouchers and not making enough money during these trying times.
