What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Mineola

peoples are good here and having nice culture to live with them, it has lot of grocerry stores nearby

Nearby neighbors, but not overly nosy. Very quiet area. Close to necessities. Houses are not close together and are spaced so that you can't see into the neighbors home.

The area is filled with shops. Nice location. Nice area I love all the restaurants. I have been living here along time.

I like how we're close to a major grocery store and strip mall. I also like how it's not too far from downtown.

I like that the development is very family friendly, that the development as a whole is near to grocery stores, that you can walk to them, is close to the hospital and drs offices. We have a number of restaurants and bars in the area, and stores. I like to go to the park with my grandkids.

We enjoy having our neighbors and knowing our neighbors pretty well. I like that we can walk anywhere in our neighborhood.
