The Point at Sutton Hill

this is not a good place to live.I have lived here for the past 12.I have been asking for my apartment to be painted and rugs cleaned or replace,and nothing has been done.Worst of all my a/c unit smells like mold ever time it's turn it on,yet again nothing. As for the.tennis courts.It's not available they are chained and lock. the pool has not opened in the last 2 going on 3 years.these are thing that come with your lease. they haven't reduce our rent but ever year rent goes up. The laundry room is a joke, the washer and dryer don't work at times.

Lease is up in July and I'm flying the coop. In my opinion totally overpriced for what you get. Rent guaranteed to increase yearly and you get nothing more in return.. neighbors are a bit on the weird side and have serious issues closing their doors without slamming the crap out of it.. you have rude goofball guys that can't get in their car without blasting music that will totally disrupt anyone's sleep and who cares what you listen to.. walls in your apartment will vibrate and tremble whenever someone slams their door which is Daily and constantly.. Totally overrated and entirely too much Ghetto like behavior from many who live here Just take a quick trip to the trash Dumpsters outside and witness the laziness of those who can't and don't want to get their trash in them instead they leave it on the ground all around the dumpster.. way better places to live even if it costs a bit more...

I need a one bedroom: from my understanding its a separate apartment unit with balcony and I have a yorkie pup under 10 lbs

Ive lived at The Point at Sutton Hill for 11 months and I cant rave enough about this place. Beautiful surroundings and spacious, bright apts. very quiet. Maryann in the rental office is extremely helpful and caring. Proud to call this my home.
