If you love to hear your neighbors talking, listening to tv /music, hear whats going in in their lives...then this is the place for you. The walls and insulation in the apartments are non-existent and you hear everything. The other comments about hearing doors being slammed all day and all night is also correct. If you make a noise complaint, you will get hit with the response "that is apartment living". Which it is absolutely not. This is my main issue, although the parking situation is also terrible. 1 spot per apartment (even if you have 3 adults living in the apartment). If you are a student I would look elsewhere!
