They are raising my rent $80. Supposedly they pay for cable but I was paying $65 out of pocket for cable. Usually my rent increases $25 per month. So do the math. Now I'm paying for cable incorporated into my rent, Pretty tricky on their part would't you say. I'm not sure I'm going to renew my lease after being here 9 years you would think they would have a little loyaly towards decent tenants. Apparently not just business to them.
Horrible. Maintenance never fixes anything until you call 3 times to follow up. Jennifer in the office is the rudest person to deal with I cant believe shes the manager. I have lived here before and nothing was this bad until Jennifer took over. You need a change in management to someone who actually cares about their job and knows something about good customer service.
Lived here for 2 years and had nothing but horrible experiences! $1700 for a 3 bedroom apartment with paper thin walls and multiple issues is ridiculous!
Maintenance takes forever to fix things and the office staff is just as incompetent. After reporting a hole in the floor of our balcony 6-7 times that was supposed to be fixed before we moved in, it was still there 2 years later when we moved out. Nobody is held accountable and they all pass the blame to whoever isnt there at the time. They held our security deposit after we moved out because we continued to rent the garage and were paying for it on a monthly basis, with no explanation except for that is what corporate told them to do.
For the amount of money they charge to live there, you would expect the apartment to be in better condition. The appliances shouldnt be old and not working, holes in the floor, cracking walls and paint; the list could go on.
There are better apartments out there for less money and even if you have to pay a little bit more, it is worth it so you dont have to deal with the incompetence of management and maintenance; and the apartment will be nicer.
We love living at Park Lane. Most of our neighbors are super friendly & the apartment itself is very comfortable. The only reason we did not check the excellent box is because of a recent issue with the office. We were very shocked to receive a letter indicating that an inspector would be coming by to take pictures of the inside of our apartment including personal items. This had to do w/the Lancaster Sewer project & the blasting that would take place. We refused entry & were forced to sign..
