Love the staff. They are always very helpful.
I love my apartment and location. Everything works well...I never have any issues. Sometimes, maintenance is not very helpful and seem to try to charge you for everything. I try to fix my own repairs if something is not working. I have also lived in the manorville and moriches locations. They were more helpful and fixed everything with no charge or bother.
Main attribute is location: across the street from Shopping Cntr; next to Lake Ronkonkoma Beach; only 1.25 miles from Train Sta, and couple miles from airport. Apartments themselves overall are good, but not great. Ample storage space in lower level units. Negative is the old major appliances, and 20+ yr old air conditioners that gulp electricity. Over the past 4 yrs, monthly rental cost have gone from a good deal to now fully priced, but still not over-priced.
everytime when i needed them to fix something they were there the next day.. the snow remove had been wonderful this year... the grounds have been kept just great
The staff at Heatherwood is excellent. The property is well maintained. The terraces could be redone some look like they are falling apart but on the whole I love living here.
Let me know when this property is back on the market
