Im looking forward to a tour and possible lease on a 3bdrm but I drive by the other evening and saw one of the buildings side door propped open (Im guessing someone doesnt have code or key and was going to come right back) but that type of behavior puts other tenants at risk.
Hopefully, security and or gated entrance will be an added feature.
Otherwise, I love the look! Very trendy. I hope it stays nice.
We have been moved in since day one. We love our apartment and how spacious it is. We have a 1 bedroom at 90% income which is determined by your income vs rental rates. There is enough space for everything you need with deep cabinets in the kitchen and a nice closet in the bathroom. Not every apartment comes with a walk in closet as described nor do we have one paying for a 90% room. Some floor plans show laundry in the apartment with another closet which isnt true, theres a common laundry facility. Also described online was a fitness center which is also shown on the emergency evacuation map in the building. Its soecifucally shows childrens area and then fitness center. Those areas are currently a common area which is still locked and the other springbrook office. So there is no fitness center nor any outdoor area as also described. Also the maintenance is very lazy, can only mow half the grass and doesnt leaf blow the grass off sidewalks and hasnt yet swept hallways or anything. Private property and no loitering signs are needed as non residents come and go with doing as they please. Along with vehicles, this property should be gated and private and well maintained!! Just first months opinion. Loving it otherwise! :)
These apartments are not inexpensive. I'm a disabled veteran. When one factors in the cost of utilities, I would be paying close to $1,000 monthly, with 2-3% rental increases per year. This is not affordable housing.
I havent seen it yet but so far what I've seen it looks very comfortable
These are beautiful apartments and can't wait to move in.
