602 Partners was established in 1992 and has been in the Broome County apartment rental business since November 2002. This makes 602 Partners one of the largest rental presence in the Broome County rental market. Offering very well maintained apartments without a lot of the expensive frills making them more affordable to the working person. Apartments are updated often with new carpet, new countertops, freshly painted and very clean.
I LOVE this property and all the staff members are amazing! They have gone above and beyond in the showing of apartments to having a couple maintenance issues fixed in an exceptional timely manner. I would highly recommend any of 602 Partners apartments! Thank you.
Absolutely the worst apartment company to deal with. They don't listen to any of my phone calls. The manager doesn't care about the apartment problems, He tried to make me feel bad about his maintenance guys working over time and the amount of money he spent on parts to fix the things, and stated I was the only one with this issue. Ive talked to neighbors. I wasnt. Also, if he cant handle the company hes in or afford to fix what is MANDATORY. Hes in the wrong business. Doesnt respect or care amount his tenants. Worst company. Dont do business with them.
Awful. Had my neighbors tub water leaking through my ceiling, drizzling not just a drip. Didn't fix it for 3 months after I put in 3 work orders. I asked for discounted rented due to not being able to use my shower regularly due to the mold being present because of the leak (and the fact that it's just gross) and was greeted by a man in a toupee who was anything but pleasant telling me "you aren't getting anything" and continued to berate me. He then said "is a brand new $400 water heater not enough?" Which just shocked me. The level of professionalism is serious lacking with this company and I wouldn't recommend ANYONE rent from these scoundrels.
Very helpful very polite
I have been waiting over a week for someone to contact me. Either through e-mail or phone. So far..nothing!
