The apartments are brand-new, beautiful and the facilities are top-of-the-line. Staff are friendly and courteous. Most importantly, they are pet-friendly and make a point to value residents and their pets. They also communicate well through helpful emails and texts, and host events to help build a sense of community among residents.

The apartments are stylish, very well laid out and the appliances are very high quality. The building is very clean. Staff is very responsive when there is an issue. The building is generally quiet. The girls who work at the front desk are friendly and professional. This apartment seems to be very popular for elderly folks who would like to downsize. Now for the negatives: the bedroom closets are far too small considering the size of the rest of the apartment. Mirrors are placed too high in the bathroom. The pool opening has been delayed by more than a year (and counting). Events take place frequently and we are often given only 1 or 2 days notice via text about the events. If you're taking the time to plan out these events, wouldn't it be more professional and courteous to provide residents an events calendar? Some amenities cannot be used during events such as the gym. It is absolutely ridiculous to not have gym access on a Saturday afternoon. Parking was poorly planned and is going to be an increasing issue here as more apartments are rented out -- a parking garage will soon be needed (not sure if this is anything they are considering). Parking will become insane with events once more units are rented out. People frequently park illegally to avoid walking all the way around the building when the closest spots are unavailable. The apartments are priced on the high end however there is not much competition for apartments at this quality in the immediate area.

Insufficient parking, events held with little notice that close down parking and amenities such as the gym. Excessively loud music played in gym (typically by staff and never turned off), can't hear music over earbuds in many spots of the gym. Issues of noise have been ignored by staff. Apartments are nice (new when we moved in), staff is generally nice, however growing pains of this complex are readily apparent for the price.

We're on the final stretch of our rear, largest parking lot which will accommodate guests, long-term parking and full time parking as well for the spring! Missing information? Please stop by the front desk and let us test why you're not receiving the weekly emails/texts we send prior to every event! Finally, we've addressed proper usage of music and volume in the gym at our weekly staff meeting but find it hard to classify it as "ignored" when this is the first we've heard about these concerns.

Any dissatisfaction we may have with living at the Falls is due to the high level of noise coming from above us and from stairs next to our apartment. We hear (and often feel) almost every footstep especially when residents above us are wearing boots/shoes. We also often hear phone calls, arguments and dog running and barking. as well as music and TV. The staff, maintenance personnel and response as well as the amenities are excellent, We love the apartment, except for the noise.
