This place is pretty horrible, they raise your rent for no reson. You ask for stuff to be fixed they basically spit on it. Ceilings and walls are pretty thin so you hear everything people do around and above you. I can tell you one thing... dont expect to get any sleep here.. it doesn't matter if you are sick and ask them to be quite your neighbors dont give a crap...

I've been here for decades, when Peter took over from Don things changed. Peter is strict. Woodhull has rules.
Follow the rules and you will have no problems. I have never had a problem getting anything fixed. They fix things fast.
If you look into the people who leave very negative reviews are people you don't want living anywhere near you.
They 9 times out of 10 create the negativity they talk about. Pay their rent on time probably not, play by the rules probably not and many other things that make them bad tenants.
Woodhull Gardens is professionally run by a family that has shown that they do care about their tenants and their apartments and want to keep it that way -- safe, secure and clean.
I'ts a nice place to live.
