Hamburg Waterfront Studio Apartments

I'm not a resident but I try too.. Every Time I contacted them I never got a response.. I'm interested in a studio or 1 bdroom

I've lived here for 3 years now and always pay my rent on time.. I also try hard to be a good neighbor (I'm a 59 y/o man). I will be leaving when my lease ends in the winter and I'll write a more extensive review then.. but I just wanted to tell any future tenants a few things before deciding to sign a lease here. The internet is a DISASTER and rarely works (forget streaming any TV shows and even using your laptop or phone most of the time) cancel all of your streaming services because they won't work here.. you can watch the very limited base plan of the DirecTV but it doesn't work when it's windy and it's windy a good portion of the time, also there are no local channels (no Bills Games). The snow removal was so bad last winter I had to shovel myself out several times and shovel out neighbors as well. It takes a long time to get things fixed here too and there are a lot of problems that occur with this old building.. I recently had a kitchen drain problem where the drain would gurgle loudly at all hours of the night (waking me up) and it sounded like raw sewage was about to shoot up into my apt.. I go out of town for work occasionally and really feared coming back to a real mess.. I could go on and on (and I will when I have more time). I have been renting for over 40 years and this is the worst rental experience I've ever had. The management doesn't seem to care here, it's simply ridiculous. Today is a perfect example of the daily frustration.. I just wanted to relax and watch some TV but it's windy and the TV is starting to cut out and the internet isn't working so I can't stream any TV shows... this is the norm here.. and just the tip of the iceberg of problems... oh and beware of the rude woman in the office.. if you sign a lease here you will find out what I mean the hard way.

This apartment was very quiet, which I appreciated. Maintenance responded quickly. Price was excellent. Would rent again!
