This is a great place to live

this place looks nice online and when you drive by, but living here is NOT. the maintenance staff is horrible. I paid my rent to the end of the month and while I was in the process of moving out maintenance came in and STOLE my belongings.. though I was gone when I was NOT. many times I have caught them coming in my apartment with out notice.. dumpsters are always overflowing with garbage. they lawn services they hire are always the worse. this winter they provided you with your own salt and you were lucky if they cleaned off your stairs or sidewalks ... for the amount of money you will pay to live here I suggest look elsewhere !

I have inquired and have begun the application procedure. I video toured an apartment with given by Shanell at presidential estates, on Friday, received the application package that evening, filled it out and it was in the hands of the property manager Saturday morning. Up to this point I have been 100% satisfied. The communication between Shanell and myself has been very friendly, professional and done in a more than pleasing timely manner. Since my tour, I had questions and reached out to Shanell and she return my emails quick and thoroughly. I put an email into Shanell with question I had on Sunday morning 1:00AM and by 9:39 AM Sunday morn I had an answer. I thought Id have to wait being it was the weekend, but Shanell got back to me quick. 100% satisfied so far and from my dealings with Shanell up to now, I honestly dont anticipate any problems coming up. Fast, friendly and professionally service. Also, because of the Coronavirus situation we are all living through now, and with things having to be done out of normal way, I also like to mention that my experience up to now has been very smooth. Processing the Application will be started Monday and I should hear back within the week. I really liked what I viewed on video tour and am eager to physically walk through and hopefully start making my plans to live there. Will keep up with my comments as the process unfolds and I hopefully get the pleasure of moving in at presidential estates and start enjoying my life as a retiree that recently sold my home because I just didnt want to have to deal with any situations that arise when your a home owner, ( certain unfortunate events happened to cause me to be solely responsible for keeping up my prop and home and the stress was more than I wanted for my retirement years.). Will keep up with my comments.

SCAM ALERT: I lived there for 2 years with my children & dog. I precisely followed all move out instructions. After 2+ months I reached out to the long-term property manager, who was great and lived in the community, to inquire about my security deposit. I was sent a bill indicating they had replaced all the carpets, both up and downstairs, and were charging me $200+. There was a staff change & the previous property manager was gone & had recently moved out. They did not replace the carpets until 2 days AFTER I sent my email inquiry. There was no effort made to communicate with me about a more reasonable and affordable solution to the FEW stains on the carpets after a 2 year tenancy. I made several efforts to work with them & am considering small claims court as there was NO REASON to replace 1800 sq feet of carpet.
