I absolutely hate living here and wish i never signed a lease. I only moved because i needed somewhere to go immediately but then i became very sick with a really hard pregnancy, Im 19, i had a drs note due to me living on the highest floor of the apartment building and getting very dizzy with stairs, i ended up falling down the stairs and no one would talk to me about it my roommate got in touch with the property manager finally after 2-3 weeks of calling and she told her she would call me and she was sorry and NEVER contacted me. Then we have a reoccurring mold issue, i now have a new born and my roommate is pregnant and her dr and my babies pediatrician wrote notes that its unsafe for them as well as any human being. But especially being a newborn and her being pregnant. The office worker said shed give them to the manager, we havent heard a thing from the manager and weve tried calling and leaving a message because she was on lunch at the time and never received a call back. Theyre so unprofessional and they dont care what goes on in your life and they dont give you many options. I was told i had to be 62 in order for a drs note to be valid for termination of the lease. I cant afford to pay 3000$ to get out of my lease but weve had legit reasons and its not even like we were offered an accommodation to move to a different unit that was on a lower level floor or anything for the fact that every time they remove the mold it comes right back. The staff is so rude and judge mental along with the manager the one time i ever spoke to her was the time when she told me i had to be 62 for a drs note to be valid and from my understanding the one decent employee they have told us when we went in to see the property manager the night before and she wasnt there that her mom was sick and she looked at me when i went in the next day and said unfourtanetly bad things happen to good people and basically that i had no choice. She brings personal life to work as well
i applied and paid the application fee and i was denied based on payment history from 3 years ago. Even though they saw my rental history was on time for the past 6 years and for the past 3 years, i have had no missed payments or accounts in collections. I felt that the management team was not taking into consideration any of the positive aspects in the past 2-3 years, but they were looking at past dues, even though they were current and in good standing. I was very disappointed with their process.
Not bad not bad at all!! Nice and comfy. Shopping closeby, to get to a store
Management is really good! The maintenance department is into doing the very least possible. They smoke, and leave cigarette butts every where! The apartments are pretty big!
