I have had very few times when I called for assistance with a problem. Each time they responded quickly and pleasantly. The office staff and maintenance staff have always been helpful and again pleasant.
It's quiet, nice and cozy. The apartments are spacious and the people are very nice.
I enjoy living here because we have such a great office and maintenance staff. They are all super efficient and friendly. We also have so many amenities like the pool, fitness center, superb party room, dog area, picnic area and the new grills.
I have never been what was promised to me by office mgt and staff. Any questions or concerns I have had have been resolved over and above my expectations.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Neighbors very friendly.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
