Saratoga Crossing lets dogs run without a leash and rabbits. Playing soccer, tennis, lacrosse, hitting golf balls under your windows, playing hockey on the property streets, riding bicycles and electric bikes on the grass and electric motorized scooters on the sidewalk is okay with a do nothing management. The complex has a putting green, a playground, a dog park, a soccer field and volleyball area. And there is a pool, but the manager allows large inner tubes in the pool to disrupt swimmers. Tenants have to pay for these "amenities" with higher rent. Residents keep unsightly personal property on the common lawn and the manager looks the other way.

***POTENTIAL RENTERS BEWARE*** I'm a current resident now and pay $1600 /month for a 2 bedroom. The quality is mediocre as any other apartment but the serious problems are elsewhere. The amount of times maintenance has to come through your apartment every year is absolutely insane and invasive. The problem is most of the time it's unannounced. Always feel unsettled leaving my apartment that someone will just walk in. The major problem is if you have a downstairs unit. You can literally hear your neighbors talking with how poorly built these buildings are. I now work from home because of the pandemic and my upstairs neighbors are an absolute nightmare - banging and screaming all day to the point my zoom sales calls I'm asked if everything is ok on my end as they can hear it through the computer. I've put in noise complaints but the office just seems frustrated that you are calling. Nothing changes and honestly feel they don't even call the tenants that are being a problem. I literally leave my own home to get away from the noise at times - living in my own prison. For $1600 a month your work shouldn't be impacted by inconsiderate neighbor noise and you certainly shouldn't feel like anything is better than being at home so you don't have to listen to it. Unfortunately I'm trapped here until I can buy a house in this crazy market. If you're looking for a place to rent go elsewhere, I promise you it will be better than what I deal with.

Professionally managed and communication is top notch

we've been having the same issue for months our upstairs neighbors are very loud i can hear them yelling stomping jumping running the office wont do anything, the people next to us never clean up their dog poop and people are always parked on both sides of the road making it very hard to pull into and get out of the driveway, our neighbors have had a car pulled in horizontal in the drive way where i couldn't pull into our half of the driveway, the same cars are always in the visitor parking the office sends empty threat emails but nothing is ever done this place is a joke don't waste your money.

Just moved in and I am already having many problems both big and small. The staff were really nice to me when I moved in, but as soon as I had issues not so much. Currently I am having issues with smoke coming up into my apartment from the person who smokes below me. I have asthma and can't be around it, not to mention it really messes up my apartment and I just moved in. I'm going to the property manager tomorrow, we will see how that goes but as far as I could tell they like putting Band-Aid fixes on things and not really spending the money to take care of issues.

This looks awesome and have every thing I;m looking for.
