Read fine print, can change fees at anytime and that means like the first bill ,believe me expensive for being very rundown, nothing is kept up. Did you ever hear about paying for water,sewer and garbage service those are some of extras you would think that would be included in your rent. You might as well live in a house or rent one might cost just as much. Nothing was cleaned well when you moved in.

Living there was so satisfying due to the professional staff and amazing environment. If I were to return to New York I would live there again.
