Read the reviews before agreeing to live here. I wish that I had taken them more seriously before signing my lease. This building is not a luxury building. It appears nice from first look, but its not. The building was built very poorly. This obviously is not managements fault, but they should be making up for that in other areas. Nothing is ever thoroughly cleaned and the people who live here do nothing to help either. People throw trash outside on the property, in the amenity areas, and throughout the halls. You would think that with the size of the building, and what they are charging for rent, that the building company would hire people to specifically clean once in a while.The outside of the building looks nice but the inside, particularly the amenities, are never given an actual clean. There are bugs everywhere in the gym, especially the turf area. There are dead ones that have been there for months, which goes to show just how much it is actually taken care of. The machines are never given a good cleaning either, they are covered in sweat and hair. Theres a person who spits gum on the floor and leaves it stuck to the cardio. Gyms have so much bacteria and nothing is ever disinfected, which is why I have ceased use of the area. Not to mention that a gym fee is charged on top of your rent. I wouldnt complain about paying this if it was actually taken care of but its not. The TVs on the equipment dont even work, nor do the ones on the walls in the gym and in the game room, theyre just for looks. The roof deck is always a mess. People leave their trash behind and rearrange furniture when they feel like it and dont put it back. And it stays that way for weeks which goes to show how much it is maintained. Its particularly embarrassing when you have guests over and they point out how dirty your apartment building is.

It's been over 2 months since I've moved out and I still have not received my security deposit. I was told a month ago by management that it was "Processed and sent out". I've called several times, left several messages and sent several emails. I've received no response from any representatives working for this company regarding the issue. The elevators broke down just before my move out and were broken for OVER 3 WEEKS up until my move out date. I was told MULTIPLE times by management that it would be fixed BY my move out date. I double checked with management to MAKE SURE, and they assured me IN WRITING that it would be fixed BEFORE my move out date. It wasn't. Ultimately, movers had to move my entire apartment down 4 flights of stairs (I lived on the top floor), which cost me extra $. Honestly, the elevators , as well as other things should operate efficiently for the amount of money that people pay to live here. Management has done nothing regarding accommodations for the elevator inconvenience. Also, the walls are super thin. Other than the excessive NOISE coming through the walls, and poor management team, I didn't have very many complaints. However, due to not returning my security deposit, and other things that would make this review much longer than it already is, I have already proceeded with a lawsuit against this company. This review is coming from someone who lived here for 2 years, kept up the apartment and NEVER had a late payment. Rent at your own risk.

I am looking for a 3 bedroom 2 bath apt.
I like the because I must go to Westy Storage
frequently.Also.I travel so I want a nice safe
place.Apex appears to be just that.My son lives in Asia. and when he visits I think he would like
this area.

overpriced for what you get. Yes the appliances and furnishing are nice, however the walls are paper thin. You hear everything above and below you and outside in the parking lot. If your neighbors plays music, you will hear it. If someone is having a late night party, you will hear it. If someones baby is up early, you will hear it. The HVAC system is unbalanced and the rooms do not heat and cool evenly. Been living here less than a year and they have changed all the employees that work within the sales, maintenance office already. To top it all off they have already notified all residents that rent will be going up...better deals elsewhere in my opinion.
