Be A Part of Something Great!
Dockside was a welcoming place to come to when we downsized from our house and home of 30 years. It is safe and secure. The neighbors are friendly and warm smiles abound. The staff sees to your every need with prompt service and great attitude. We swim in the summer and use the gym year round. There are events per season and holiday. We are very happy here!
They take care of issues quickly. I feel so comfortable here
Not moved in yet but meaghan was very professional and the overall experience of signing my lease was low pressure and comfortable. The facilities themselves are of the highest caliber Id seen in my search.
I lived at Dockside from 2012-2106. When it came time for me to move out the apartment, Dockside inflated my so-called "damages" to the apartment in order to keep my security deposit and wring more $$$ from me. Since I anticipated that they might try to give me inflated charges for regular items, I replaced some things before I moved out. For example, one week before I moved out, I replaced the blinds myself in all of the rooms. Dockside, of course, could not tell the difference between brand-new blinds and 4-year old blinds, so they charged me for the blinds. When I asked them how the blinds could be so dirty when they were brand-new, Stacy just ignored my question. Stacy ignored other similar questions I asked, such as: why did they charge me for painting the ceilings? I did not bounce balls off of the ceilings, and neither I nor anyone else touched the ceilings while I was in the apartment. Again, Stacy had no answer to my questions. Of course, Dockside also submitted the unpaid charges to the credit agencies because she wanted to get that last pound of flesh. In addition, there are dog feces by the sidewalks. And when I had some emergency problems at night or on weekends, the maintenance guys did not answer the emergency calls or else they refused to come fix the problem until the next business day. They would only walk me through the directions of how to fix the problem myself.
Very clean, well cared for community. I love that snow is plowed and sidewalks shoveled in. Timely manner. I m a senior and this means. Great deal to me. In the summer, the lawns are well kept and shrubs trimmed. Maintenance dept is top notch. Office staff very friendly and helpful.
