I have lived here for going on three years and it is an awesome place to live. The office and maintenance staff are always so courteous and helpful. They have created a wonderful community and work daily to keep it beautiful and safe. For example, Alex, one of the maintenance workers, not only responds promptly to any and all maintenance requests he also knows my sons names and checks in on my family and I. My family and I love being a part of this community.

Our experience at Autumn Creek was horrible and I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. We could not stand it and ended up only staying here for 2 months. Our unit was infested with bugs. We had silverfish, potato bugs, spiders, and beetles. It was absolutely disgusting. These apartments are very cheaply made making it very easy for insects to get inside. We had to pay out of pocket for an exterminator because maintenance came and sprayed outside and said that was the best they could do. The office did not take me seriously until I said I wanted to move and at that point had another exterminator come. Neither exterminator eliminated the problem.

Autumn Creek's advertising of a "worry free lease policy" is completely false and very unethical. Their policy is in no way "worry free". In order to break our lease I had a pay a very high fee. In addition they have emailed us on 3 accounts threatening to send us to collections for our July rent because they wanted a 60 day move out notice from us EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD TENANTS LIVING IN OUR UNIT FOR JULY. They were intentionally trying to collect double rent for the month of July from us and the new tenants. Their first attempt was to collect a full months rent from us, they then threatened collections...we did not reply. The second time they prorated the rent for just the short time in July that the unit was empty, and threatened collections again...we did not reply. I signed into my resident portal a few days later and they had put the money from our security deposit towards the smaller fee and then CUT US A CHECK FOR THE REMAINDER OF OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. If we would have just listened to their threats and paid them upfront, we would have been out another significant amount of money that we didn't even owe them! In both instances they never emailed apologizing or even explaining their mistakes. Worst experience I have ever had, DO NOT LIVE HERE.

We are very sorry that you feel this way. We were able to re-rent your apartment before others, due to the location of your apartment and let you out your lease earlier than what you would be responsible for per the policies. We are sorry you had a problem with bugs. Unfortunately, our team could not spray inside is as they are not exterminators. We were unaware that the problem continued. We wish you luck in your job transfer.
