Brand new apartments in the historic Depew High School. This is a three-story building with 48 total apartments. Residents should be 55 or older. The apartments include stainless steel appliances, carpeting, hardwood floors in some apartments, ample closet storage, and granite countertops. There are several apartments that are handicap accessible. We provide stainless steel appliances of range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal and washer/dryer in most apartments. We have an on-site coin-operated laundry room and ample off-street parking There is a large community garden where tenants are able to grow flowers and vegetables. We also have grills, picnic tables and benches for residents' use. We provide 24-hour maintenance for your convenience. We do allow cats with a signed Pet Agreement, a Pet Deposit, and $20 per month Pet Rent. Renter's Insurance is required to rent an apartment.

I have been looking for a limited income senior apartment for over a year and even though these apartments are a little more than I could afford, they are centrally located for a person like myself with no vehicle.

I live in the Studio Apt. - it is small and tight but livable. The complex is beautiful and new; the neighborhood is quiet and serene. The staff try to accommodate as much as possible. Don't care too much for the 6am snow plowing but the parking lot does stay clean. BTW - it is "labeled" as a senior facility - it is not.
