If you listen to no other reviews listen to this one. Do not waste your money. It is horrible to live here. The property manager is a monster. She watches everything. She has favorites and let's people sit in the office and listen to personal business about other residents. The thing in building 2 thinks she runs the place. They do way too many annual inspections. They harass people. They have felons here even though they do background checks. The courthouse knows these people well. They are in there a lot. Their attorney is a disheveled mess of unprofessional wrinkled clothes and attitude. I am exaggerating in no way. Don't do it. You'll regret it.
Prices are good an the area is great
It is not friendly at all. They do "quarterly" inspections every 2 months. Then there are state inspections. The manager gives you no privacy to even get your mail. The office is in the middle of the complex and watch everything. Some residents can't mind their own business. Especially a couple in building 200. They put notices in your door for everything. Tell you to keep your unit in order. Hmmm I thought I paid rent to live here. Just do yourself a favor. Pass it up. The "discount" in rent is not worth it. Especially if you like privacy.
The good:its clean and new, most of the residents are nice and it is pet friendly.
Bad: staff are overworked and odd. Lots of new rules like not walking on the grass, inspections are every 3 months and sometimes more. They put a notice in your door saying they will be there tomorrow with no specific time and they enter.
