Mgt is a huge corporation , unfair and will increase rent a lot every year and force another 1 yr lease and not fix complaints or make repairs and wont let you out of the lease even if you start having health issues from poor air quality circulation even if you bring them several candidates who want to rent sublet your space and take over remainder of your lease. BEWARE.. and over priced for the space and they charge based on "ammenities" which is llike type of cabinets so all units are not the same quality. They made my friend miserable who was a great tenant. ( why they would not them out of lease) pure greed.

Though its obvious these are built in the 70s they do have good value for the price. Some of them have updated kitchens with dishwashers etc. The size is very comfortable for 1 or 2 people, especially the end units which are a little bigger. The shared laundry facility is very nice. Noise is not a problem here, people mostly just keep to themselves. Seems super pet friendly. Location is fantastic- near Latham /87 and Cohoes/ 787. Not spectacular, but totally livable!

Maintenance the worst ever. The place is dirty they don't clean anything. The apts are small not worth the money.

Poor insulation to all apartments as loud sounds are heard in ALL hours of the day. When Leasing manager is made aware they pretend they will assist but when there has been no change they become angry with tenant that complains to them. They ignore all concerns and down play them to mere everyday living like loud dogs barking, neighbors stomping, banging, allowing children to run jump and play at 6am, children banging on walls, etc. This is NOT a place to find peace and quiet or even call home. Call it a zoo with lazy zoo keepers.

Do not trust the "available" here. I called and they said they had no available one. They did not even say when they are possibly having available coming out. whoever answered the phone seemed to have no desire to keep potential resident at all.i could kind of guess what kind of maintenance they would provide by the way she answered.
