Amazing new prices on select apartments. Your large dog is at home at Twin Lakes.
At first they were great we called for a short term lease, very friendly. Then once we applied couldnt get a hold of anyone til right before move in. We were moving from out of state and didnt know if we had house for sure. Then found out the quoted price was not what we would be paying, we were being charged 150$ more per mo and when asked leasing office said they wouldnt have quoted that amount. Tons of added unexplained fees that they couldnt waive. Put us in the Southview complex. Apartment was dirty when we moved in, carpet in one bedroom was dirty and smelled like dogs only to find out that when we move out we are getting hit with fees to clean carpet when we move out with a bunch of other fees. Very dated inside. Liked that you had your own washer/dryer in the unit. Maintenance was alway great fast and friendly. Outside was awful, hardly anyone came to do landscaping. 2x all summer. Hardly anyone cleaned up after their dogs so the green space was unusable for children. The bus drivers from the school next door would come smoke at the mailboxes and the mail boxes were littered with cigarette butts. I am so glad to leave and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone
They advertise apartments at low prices, but when you arrive there the apartments have higher prices, and many are not even located in Twin Lake but belong to different residential complexes they manage. If you are looking for apartments under $ 1000, you will be snubbed. The apartments belonging to the band under $ 1000 do not even have much external maintenance. Spider webs and little care. Very disappointed given the good reputation of the company.
Small living quarters and unresponsive staff.
