Steeplechase apartment homes is a wonderful place to live. The new renovations have beautified the grounds and the professionalism of the staff makes for a very pleasant experience. The property manager Jamar Clark has exemplified all the qualities that you would hope for in a property manager. Jamar approaches all issues with a sense of urgency. Exudes professionalism is courteous and easy to talk with. It is evident that Jamar works diligently to ensure that all residents have a positive living experience. That is why Steeplechase home gets a five star rating.

Don't rent from here. Nothing will get repaired the office cannot keep it together and the pool has been closed for two years. You won't get what you pay for.

Do yourself a favor, and avoid this place like the plague!! They will steal all your money and give you a rotten apartment that needs serious updating!! Sugar coating thieves, is the award they should hang!

Dripping noises that cannot be found, but echo throughout. The stale smell of urine and the feel of crunchy stained carpeting is what awaits you upon entering this fine establishment. Our two bedroom two bath will up your chances of having one working toilet, but please do not pay any head to those stained tiles and registers, as this is normal wear and tear. o did I mention the drop ceilings conveniently missing from all information, pictures, and videos shared. or the "miscommunication" concerning the inclusion of a washer dryer in unit. Not to worry, this is not the twilight zone. At Steeplechase Apartments by Morgan Properties, you will enjoy resort style living with the finest amenities in New York.

These people cannot be trusted. Morgan Communities is very sketchy; look them up and you will see all the stories about fraud, etc. People in the office at this complex cannot be trusted either unfortunately because they let rent checks sit around and dont always process them in a timely manner. Even when you pay the amount stated on your bill on time, you still have to worry about a possible late fee or other charge that you wont even know about because of the way they do things over there. Save yourself the stress!

I just moved in, so can't leave any experience I had here, other than getting in here. I love Bobbie at the desk, whom takes applications and does everything she can to get you the best place for your taste. Many fees attached when coming in, but O feel it is very worth it. Seems they are possible due, to be updated soon. But very lovely apartment s, and amenities. I am extremely happy so far. Moved in on the 11th of January 2019.
