Camillus Pointe Senior Apartments

More like a nursing gome. This is not a fun retirement community. It's sad that children allow their aging parent(s) to reside here for the sake of saving $. There are many brand new senior apartments in the County that are income based. This place has raised the rent by 450 per month for a 1 bdrm since 2021. DON'T DO IT! I had a woman approach me whom I had never seen in one yr as a resident. She had no idea where she was, how she got there nor why she was there! Find a suitable residence This one is a thumbs down!

I have been living here at Camillus Pointe for two years. I moved here after my husband passed, and realized that home ownership would soon become too much for me to take on in my senior years. I wanted to be able to live as stress-free as I possibly could live at my age. I found comfort in Camillus Pointe because everything is included in the rent. I no longer had to pay all my bills separately. This was a god send for me. Since living here, I have found so many new friendships and adventures. They are so many lovely neighbors I have met, and the activities that are always there to keep me busy. The staff is so warm and welcoming. I have had the manager go above and beyond for me with issues I have had, or even my iPhone problems! The maintenance tech, John, manager Tiffany, and cleaner Rose are such saints. You can tell they really care about the residents as if they were their own loved ones. This was one of the best choices I have ever made. I am so happy and plan Camillus Pointe to be my forever home.

Do not be fooled into thinking this is a friendly place, horrible staff,especially the paid helpers to the manager. The manager is a gossip and two faced. A lot of unhappy older residents and bullies.

Beautiful property! A few of the residents here were the only downfall. There was a small group of ladies involved with the Activities that were the building bullies. Once I rid myself of them, life became much better and drama free. I have to say, (if I disregard the mean group) this is by far the best place I have ever lived. The maintenance is always on top of every light bulb change, and every issue you might encounter with normal living upkeep. I have made many dear friends and the grounds are kept beautiful and quiet so that I may enjoy my walks. The mail lady is so very nice and brings my packages to my door. I cant say enough good things!

Not homey... too much like a hospital setting. Didn't feel the warmth. Not for us.

Tiffany and her staff are awesome! My parents have been here a year and they love it.

This property is a pleasure to visit. Always clean and well kept inside and out. Tiffany and Rose are always a pleasure to talk to and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property to anyone!

My parents recently moved in and it was such a smooth transition!! Beautiful facility and their apartment was immaculate. They love their balcony! Tiffany and Rose couldn’t be any nicer to work with to get them settled in. Highly recommend!!!

Gonna be tough replacing John.good guys are hard to find

The property manager, Tiffany is the best! She is understanding, patient, someone you can talk to, and great at tech support when I need her to help me with my phone! You will not get that sort of kindness, and caring support from anywhere else. The people here are so fun. I have many friends that I love to go out to lunch with. We go bowling, dancing, and other events to get acquainted. The bus trips in the summer to wineries are a HOOT! I am so happy living here.
