    Beautiful apartment, common hallways and elevator are very clean and maintained. Management is extremely responsive!

    I really enjoy living here. That apartments are gorgeous, maintenance and property management are fantastic. They always go above and beyond and have helped me with requests that are sometimes out of scope which I appreciate.

    Ive been here since it was available (2016). Great place thats close to pretty much every popular spot downtown and close to my job. Very convenient. Walking is better than driving in many ways (mental and physical health) and I enjoy not needing to deal with road rage on a regular basis! Beautiful building with high ceilings and great indoor lighting to match well with modern design/art. Very quiet for me though seemingly depends on what side of the building youre on due to other buildings and/or events in the area (based on discussions Ive had with other residents). Fast responses for maintenance too. Lobby & elevator can get a bit messy due to in & out traffic and the parking situation isnt ideal but those are the only criticisms I can make. I have no plans to leave any time soon.

    A great building in a great location. Perfect space for me, and the natural light is amazing. Best I've seen in any apartments in Buffalo. The price is on par with most other apartments in buffalo, but the space is where you benefit. Square footage is much more than the same price elsewhere. Great entertaining space, modern building, secure package delivery, small gym space, laundry available, bar and barber in building, and increasing number of tenant events are just a few things that make this a great place to live!

    We really enjoy living here. The apartments themselves are nice and spacious and well kept. The only issues would be the area, lots of homelessness but that comes with living downtown. There is a bar/barber downstairs, which often attracts disrespectful patrons. Again, comes with the landscape. This is a great place to live if you work downtown!!
