Apartment overall beautiful (brand new). Were some finishing errors/problems ex chips in wall, caulking/paint drops on windows/ counters. Maintenance/response has been an issue. Ex - Garbage hasn't been taken to curb in 2 weeks, newly redone hallways becoming quite dirty. Gym was delayed - not sure if all equipment is in yet.
The team's communication skills are incredibly lacking. They do not respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. It seems as though they took short cuts in completing the building and I have had issue after issue. They are also not accommodating with schedules or arrangements. Some of the staff are very rude.
I absolutely love my apartment. Any time someone visits, I always receive compliments. I feel the upkeep could be better managed. For example, in my building, there are still some construction supplies and shovels right when you walk in and on the second floor landing. The entrance/ hallways/ laundry room could probably use a cleaning more often than they do now. The lights in our entrance sometimes do not work and it is very dark when you first walk in. The apartment itself is very beautiful.
