I would not rent from this property because it is in a busy area near much traffic. There are no ammenties available. There is no easy access to public transportation.

The complex is in a bike-friendly area. Unfortunately, there can be heavy traffic in the area at times. Because of this, street parking can be difficult. The tree-lined streets are an appealing feature of the area around the apartment community.
