    Yeas I have been applying now for a good 5 yrs now . But nobody ever gets back to me about the results? Im desperately looking forward to hear back from you about this billing please let me now and thank you so much for at least listening to my request to get a viewing for the building please .     Management will not help you with noisy neighbors. Theyll do the whole smoke and mirrors and just not help out. Been living here going on 2 years and my upstairs neighbors drive me insane by allowing their child to run at all times of the day and night. Management offered to fix it by letting me pay three months of rent to get out of my lease.
