President's Village is a quaint gem in the Village of Brockport. I like it because the brick exterior and layout give it a distinguished look. The landscaping is well-maintained. However, upon closer inspection, the exterior of the building requires some maintenance. There was rust on some of the patios and other areas required maintenance. I am on the fence, but would ultimately pick another apartment compmlex because I fear maintenance would be a nightmare.
