Great service and they keep the grounds looking wonderful at all times.
Most part of the year I had a neighbor upstairs that would fight with the girlfriend all the time very early in the morning and very late at night, could hear everything. When they walk you can hear that too.
Staff was less than helpful when problems came up and rude at times. Remodeled apartments may appear nice but don't be fooled. They make the office and the model apartments look amazing but your actual apartment won't be the same. We had problems with bugs, mold, water damage, mice in the walls, and smoke odor. Nothing was resolved. Plenty of new and clean apartments near by for the same price. We regret signing the lease and wasting our time here.
I had extraordinary circumstances that forced me to terminate my lease early and the management did not work with me. I was out of the apartment by the end of October, I paid November rent and was not given my security deposit back instead they used it towards December stating they could not re-rent it until January. I kept in touch with another resident in the building and was informed it was rented in December. I would not recommend Bridgewater to anyone after that.
