We have quiet neighbors, well lit streets, local businesses of every type nearby and community events year round

We live in a quiet friendly neighborhood. We are close enough to the city and University to enjoy the amenities but out far enough to avoid the urban congestion. Easy to get around too.

I live next to a grocery store nearby with restaurants close by. I work only 2 miles from where I work. Everyone in the surrounding housing development keep up their houses. A good place to walk or bike

I love that there is a park in walking distance, it's close to the highway, there's convenient access to shopping, and it has a great village with a lot of great restaurants and places for my kids

There is a park overlooking water where boats come through the locks. They have a bunch of different restaurants and bars and bakeries. Some of them work together and the restaurants who don't do desserts well, will outsource to bakeries. It's a tight knit community and it's fantastic.
