What Renters Like and Dislike About Baldwin

There is nothing unique about the neighborhood except we are near the water and sometimes we can get flooded at high tides which makes it a little mor difficult to get around but we have been able to survive

I like living in my neighborhood because everything is local and small. You know all parts of the community and it has parks and schools and activities to do within it.

The things I love most amount my neighborhood include the fact that it is right on the water. So, I can take my boat out for a spin whenever. I also enjoy that it is a secluded mile loop of houses with its own neighborhood beach.

I like going to restaurants with my family and I like going to parks with my friends and late night walks.
