Beautiful, everything brand new and Management is extremely responsive to requests. We never hear, and only occasionally see, fellow residents. Great neighborhood for diversity and closeness to lots of places. Love the underground garage and other amenities.

Management is very kind, but things have rarely been quiet since the addition of the newest building. Medical students treat the complex like a college dorm (the C building has even been dubbed a dorm by its own residents. Not what you want to hear about a luxury complex) and there are not enough amenities for all of the residents. Each building should have at least had its own rooftop area.

Very beautiful on the inside but walls are paper thin. I can hear just about everything - they also allow dogs for only 50$ a month which is nice if you want a dog but if you don't have one (like me) all you hear is barking all day long. Also some items they skimped on... the walls, if you brush with just about anything - not even hard - the wall scraps. Hopefully going to get my 1000$ security deposit back but who knows. I would not suggest living here if you are a light sleeper or have children.

Just leased my new apartment at the Rise and I cant wait until its move-in ready! The model unit is BEAUTIFUL! Nothing like this in Albany. Not to mention the building itself is amazing. The developers put a lot of thought into what tenants really want. Also, the leasing agent was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the amenities.
