Parkside Village

very nice apartment, quiet neighborhood, but very expensive. it is right across from a fire station and the whistle does go off at any time of the day or night and is VERY loud. I wish I noticed this before moving in.

These apartments are way over priced for what they are. They advertise hard wood floors- it is laminate. The one car garage is VERY tight. The only care about getting rent and don't look at who lives here. Mostly retired people with a few obnoxious younger folks. The walls are paper thin. I lived in an upstairs unit and if the person downstairs turned on their bathroom fan my entire floor would vibrate. All the appliances are stainless steel however they are the cheapest stainless steel.. Frigidaire brand. The dishwasher never worked. The microwave never worked. The refrigerator either froze things or spoiled things. They send way too many emails to residents complaining about stupid things like "please have your dog pee in the backyard" too all residents who may not even have pets. You could get a much nicer place for what they are charging here. The parking is tight, it seems over crowded the buildings are on top of each other.
