Let me start by saying the woman who returned my call was extremely rude and unprofessional. Once she asked about my credit score, she became even more rude and wouldn't answer my questions regarding how the application is scored. I would never want to ever speak to her again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt even though I was warned by a few others about the rudeness of the "lady in the office". I believe her name is Lisa.

Summary (For Busy Readers) In a nutshell, if youre contemplating a move to this area, save yourself the trouble and consider finding a more pleasant abode in Latham, Guilderland, or anywhere else for that matter! The quality-to-price ratio at Park Hill Lane leaves much to be desired, and the management situation is a nightmare! and I mean it! Move-In Experience: When I moved into my second apartment in 2020, I encountered a less-than-ideal situation. The unit was unprepared for occupancy despite management demanding I leave my old apartment clean and "move-in ready". Imagine finding unflushed toilets with actual human wasteneedless to say, it set the tone for my stay. So, lower your expectations for this place. Expect dirty carpets and rusted cabinets, under sink holes, and leaking nightmares with this place. Management: Park Hill and Park Lane (both managed by the same property manager) always seems to be going through different property managers and the current one - Renee Rockefeller - she's very concerning, her behavior and perpetual anger creates a hostile environment. She is one of the worst humans I've come across (reason why this review). Very unprofessional, angry, racist, judgmental, and a thieve. Because of her I decided to never rent again and finally buy! So, save yourself the trouble and headache!

These apartments are beautiful and nicely updated, however, theres a cockroach problem throughout park lane and park hill. I lived in park lane for a month, roaches were everywhere. The rental office offered to move us up the hill to Park Hill. We inspected what wouldve been our new building in Park Hill and still saw roaches. They tried telling us there were no roaches in the building, except we saw multiple dead ones. If theres dead roaches, theres alive roaches somewhere. These apartments would be so much nicer if they tried harder than sending an exterminator once a week. Moved out after a month and never looked back.
