I've been having good experience so far at Loudon Arms Apt. The office staff are very helpful and friendly. The maintenance is great. The road and parking lot are usually cleaned out quickly after snow, the landscaping is well maintained. The laundry facility is convenient. The gym is small, but good for normal exercise. Location is good, it is easy to get to highway. The buildings were built up several decades ago and space is relatively limited within the apt.

When I have a maintenance concern, it's promptly addressed that day. The location is very convenient w/ easy access to major thoroughfares and is in walking distance to the City of Albany. The grounds and the swimming pool are always well kept and clean w/ plenty of plants, vegetation & flowers to enjoy in the spring & summer months. The staff are always very personable.

Not worth the hype they advertise. Been living here for four years and this place goes through many property managers within a year alone. The laundry room has washers and dryers that never works and that take your money. Find a place that is more suitable and that will follow what is written in the lease. They need to have better things to do instead of flagging every negative review/comment they come across.

I have nothing but good things to say about Loudon arms. My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year now! We have had no problems at all. If something is wrong they always send someone right away. We love it here
