1/5 stars based on undefined reviewsJune 28, 2024Theft (not just regular package theft) , poor attitude and extremely slow responsiveness of maintenance requests, mice, and so much on. My experience here is honestly traumatizing. I have emails and photos to back up everything I said. They just suck. Don’t just take virtual showing. They are only going to show the good parts of the apartment. The apartment building is not as luxury living as advertised. Just google Redburn (the property management’s name before their “rebrand”), you will see I’m not the only one saying the same things. Just don’t lease here. Once you sign the lease, they will not care about you. I can elaborate more after I move out because I have zero trust in their integrity.
