What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Albany

Everyone looks out for one another. Would like to have more local businesses closer than 2 miles away. We have a local neighborhood park to walk to.

We are right next to the Park Playhouse where shows are every summer. There is a small convenience store within walking distance. It is very quiet at night.

I really like to go to the bowling alley nearby, where the environment is very good, facilities and security system is very good

I like my neighborhood, for the most part it is safe. It's very near downtown, and the bus isn't too far.

There's alot of families around. Lots of kids play on the block. There's a Stewart's and Mobil right around the corner. Easy places to walk to as well as a laundromat.

I love our neighborhood because we have a pool hall and they have the best burgers around and have lots of out door activities for the town to do
