The community was fine. BUT. When I asked about putting flower pots outside I was told the pots and plants needed approval. I did not apply because those kind of restrictions can be inhibiting. It turns out I have very expensie beautiful things. I do not want or need restrictions such as this. I understand protecting the community but this goes too far.

Way over rated! Customer service is poor. Pool is loud and management does not monitor non-residential use. Very intrusive management company, always wanting to enter home.

Staff was friendly but hard to get on the phone. Units are okay, but very dated- even with updates made throughout. For the price and distance the city center, Id expect a little more.

I have lived in Rancho Vizcaya going on 7 years now. During that time we have changed property managers several times. This year in addition to a healthy raise in my rent of $45/month, they are no longer offering a free carpet cleaning as they had in past years, and have instituted a new policy that says if you decide to downsize your apartment at Rancho Vizcaya, they will charge you $750.00 to do so-are you kidding me? Is that even legal? Additionally there seem to be more and more domestic abuse cases happening in the apartment complex and I'm just wondering what their screening process is. I'm feeling less safe every time there is an occurrence.
