I've been here less than a month and have had nothing but positive experiences! Staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful.

The staff here is not attentive at all to resident needs. Maintenance requests take at least a week to resolve, are not always fixed and residents are told to purchase items themselves if they are not satisfied or because the office claims to be out of supplies, if you call the office you will be left on hold for at least 15min, very noisy complex due to thin walls and NO STORAGE AT ALL!
