Better response time for maintenance issues needed

Our residents enjoy our two sparkling swimming pools (ALWAYS DIRTY AND GROSS), volleyball (NOT MAINTAINED) and basketball courts, 24 hour fitness center (NOT REALLY A FITNESS CENTER WITH A COUPLE BIKES AND TREAD MILLS), picnic area with barbecues and our fabulous clubhouse (NOT VERY FABULOUS AND CLOSED WHEN OFFICE IS CLOSED). We additionally offer high speed internet access (THAT YOU CANNOT HAVE ACCESS TO), three on-site laundry facilities, 24 hour emergency maintenance, part time courtesy patrol (NON EXISTANT), easy access to public transportation, discounts and our beautifully landscaped (SMELLS OF ALL THE PET FECIES THAT NEVER GETS PICKED UP) community. NOT TO MENTION THE WATER ISSUES. THEY CLAIM TO PROVIDE HOT WATER WHICH YOU ARE LUCKY IF YOU GET ANY AT ALL. MOST OF THE TIME IT IS LUKE WARM AT BEST. ALSO THEIR CLAIM HAVING AIR CONDITIONING IS A JOKE. IT IS A SWAMP COOLER THAT PUMPS HOT AIR INTO THE APARTMENT DURING THE DAY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE.

Staff is great to work with and responsive to tenant needs. After moving in had some issues that needed attention in the apartment and they responded within minutes of them being reported. While trying to unload the moving trailer two of the maintenance personnel helped finish unloading the trailer for me and carried everything up the stairs for me. Neighbors seem great as well.

It's a nice spaces place to live. Just wish there was light in the bedrooms. Had to get lamps for both rooms. Wish they would upgrade to better air conditioning then the swamp cooler they have here. Gets hot and stays hot if humid outside.

The property is outdated. Evap. A/C, old heating, gym is a joke and also has Evap. A/C. Upon close inspection the property looks like a museum for corrosion and apathy. Its so miserable during the summer. Water problems too.
