I would not recommend these apartments for MANY reasons:
They are old an d WAY too expensive for what they offer. I moved in because I needed some place n a hurry and they accepted my dog. I never saw the inside of the apartment because it wasnt ready.
The appliances are old and dont even match. The refrigerator broke and is too small, the microwave panel was loose and so old the white had turned to yellow, and the dishwasher was loud and didnt clean the dishes.
The carpet was a mix of browns, buckled in areas, and Im not even sure there was padding.
The so called dog park was right by the giant trash compactor, smelled like trash , and had flies everywhere.
The trash bins were always overflowing.
There was dog feces all over the property from residents not picking up after their pets.
The sprinkles that watered on the golf course ( you have to pay extra for a golf course view ) smelled like sewer when they went off at night.
If you had an issue management just gave you lip service or did minimal to fix the problem.
The garage I rented for a $100 a month was barely wide enough to fit your car in and I mean barely.
So I paid $1240 a month for this ? Was I ever stupid.
I moved out and thankfully could buy a home and my mortgage is less than that apartment.
These apartments are the epitome of a rip off.
When I moved out I had the whole place professionally clean. The only damage was a 3 sq inch area my cat clawed the carpet in the master bedroom closet. I was charged $500!!!!!! to replace that area.
Come on really?! I didnt even receive an itemized list of the charges just an account summary saying they took my deposit and I owed another $250.
Talk about insult to injury!!!! Im sure they have a roll of that carpet and it cost $0 to replace.
You can rent from any apartment complex and be treated like this, they are like car salesman, just dont pay extra for it.
STAY AWAY from here.
Nightshift worker...people above me have a dog that goes nuts barking, crying and tries to tear out of its crate during the day. The community manager says they were served with papers to try and rectify the problem. It's been a month now, nothing has changed. They throw a ball and have the dog running across the floor late at night also. The manager told me there was nothing else they could do. They did however offer for me to move into a lesser apartment
Thus place is old and unkempt especially as it pertains to privately owned apts. The manager is a bit dramatic and will exaggerate situations. I would not recommend these apts. Unless you want to be constantly harassed. There are many fast mustang owned by residents that make lots of noise and driven fast on the property.
