Raintree Apartments

This place is awesome! Chelsie, Dorothea, & Heather were very professional and very helpful in getting me into my new apartment. The apartment grounds are very well kept by Jerry & Scott. All the staff are always so friendly. The quality is very good at a fair & just price scale. Dog friendly as well. I totally feel at home and very welcomed by the individuals mentioned. I believe the said mentioned individuals are a good asset to this beautiful complex. I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone seeking a new place to live. Just based on the few reviews here regarding Rain Tree Apts, I am less likely to consider ever renting there. It's too bad, because the photos of the units are beautiful. It's too bad there is no night security, which is a big red flag for me. It tells me that the owners and management have zero regard for the safety of their tenants. At $1,000+ a pop, they should be able to afford security. My husband owns a security company so I know it's very reasonable to spring for a security guard or random night patrols. Plus, it would lower their property insurance, thus paying for itself. Not having one is just irresponsible. And the fact that each review complained about management is another huge no-no for me. If management sucks, so does the standards of quality and, eventually, the reputation of the complex. I'm grateful for all reviews and base many of my decisions on what they say. If every review is bad, that says a lot. If there are some authentic, good reviews mixed in, I do more research before making a decision. But all in all, reviews usually hit the nail on the head and should be taken seriously when deciding where to live. This is only my personal opinion. I am a "Google Reviews" member with over 12,000,000 views so far, so I know how essential reviews are to consumers and renters. Hopefully the owners and management will do something about these issues, if they haven't already.

Nice apartment and nice pool. DO NOT RECOMMEND living here if you have kids or a job that requires you sleep at night. I had no problems until the pool opened but since then I have been woken up in the middle of the night by people in the pool making all kinds of noise. Pool is suppose to close at 10 pm but no one actually locked it for the first month or so of summer. Also even if it is pad lock people climb the fence and get in. When I talked to management they said they "can't be here at night" to make sure people follow the rules. I was told to call the cops and cops said since I am not management or the owner their wasn't much they could do. Unless management gets a back bone or hires a night security person who actually walks the common areas at night I think it is not worth living here for a pool once in a while.

The grounds are ok, the pool was nice, management terrible at the NM Raintree Apartments. If you are looking for a place that treats you like a child then Raintree is the place for you! They leave numerous notices about every little thing, from pool rule to pest control. Except for water shut off. They like to surprise you with a no notice water shut offs starting at noon and ending at 7pm. The girl at the front desk, Jordi, is horrible, she lies for just about everything. If you ask for her supervisor she tells you that it is private information. I recommend calling their corporate office directly and speaking to Berta at 602-474-3549 for any concern you have because the front desk is useless.

This is a HORRIBLE place to stay. The management knew I was a female. However, they did not CARE!!! They placed me in an apartment far in the back on the bottom level with NO surrounding neighbors. Since they were being paid by my company for 6 months, they had no sensitivity nor intelligence to consider where my status!!!! I despise this lack of COMMON SENSE by management!!!

Very good product quality at a fair and just price. Absolutely beautiful and modern decor. The complex grounds are maintained on a daily basis. Very friendly management. The front office staff is very kind and professional by getting you into the right apartment that best suits your needs and wants. The pool and spa is very nice and always heated. The gym is very nice as well. I like how the complex has many dog cleanup stations with free poop bags. It’s very quiet and relaxing here. I’ve been here going on two years and there’s never been any issue whatsoever. All the trees and plants are amazing and look so beautiful when they all sprout displaying all these beautiful colors. The maintenance workers are very helpful and super fast when something needs to be fixed. This is a very safe, quiet, and high end neighborhood. This is perfect for law enforcement, military, retirees, & veterans to live. I highly recommend this apartment complex as a place for your next home. I promise you won’t regret it.

Recently concluded a 4 year stay here. Amenities are what you would expect from a Middle class lease; all expectations met. What really shined was the front office support: They were very responsive and courteous with work orders. A few times there were accounting errors with the autopay system, they took my side and waived late fees several times, not because I bullied them into it, but because they treat their residents like people, not tenants that only exist to owe them money.

RainTree Apartments is the best in town. Pricey but good living. The employees were so nice and friendly! Additionally, the manager Chelsie is amazing!

This is not your typical apartment complex; it’s beautiful, well maintained, and PEACEFUL. Courtney is the best!
