Formerly known as the Albuquerque Technical Vocational Institute, Central New Mexico Community College was established in 1964 and and has been preparing its extensive student population for careers in a variety of in-demand fields ever since. As the largest post-secondary institution of learning in the state, CNM boasts an enrollment of nearly 25,000 students for college-credit courses, as well as offering adult and developmental courses and other outreach programs.
