As far as apartment rentals through management companies go this place is okay. The facilities and buildings are relatively new. I believe the entire complex was built in 2007; with the west side of the complex built in 2016. There is a pool (open til 11) and gym (24 hours) which you're entitled to with your residency. Actually property management (the people on site) have either quit or been fired by crestline Building co. (Who owns complexes that are extremely similar in design in Artesia, Carlsbad, Hobbs, and las cruses). If you ever have to deal with corporate it's still a hassle and you won't get far. Rent here has gone down about $100 from 2016-17 which is nice but still over priced for a town of 12,000 and area with little to nothing to do. Any issues the local people promptly address; if you constantly ask for an exterminator to come and do it yourself weekly you'll have no bug issues. One Covered parking spot (roof only) is included in every apartment rental. For extra per month you can get an apartment with a garage. Community is gated but will only keep out cars, not people
