The blinds in my apartment are melting from heat though my window they say I'm responsible for it. Try charge me $75.00 for blinds that need replace. Staff not friendly don't care about there tenets at all. They treated me badly for years. My lease up in two months I'm out of here. I don't move here

Maggots landscaping is horrible and trash is never collected. I have visited several times

everyone is just friendly to everyone and clean and nice apartment complex with a dog wash room that is nice

Outdated, thin walls, rude staff. Absolutely hated this place. Look elsewhere

When leaving they will create ridiculous charges to take your money. Do not rent from here, they also create insentives for residents to give good reviews so the reviews they have are not accurate.

I was so excited to live here and move in due to how friendly the staff was during my first walk through of the property. When I moved in, I went most of the winter with no heater (Dec-Feb) The maintenance staff would arrive quickly when I would call after hours, but issue was never resolved. Cracks in the ceiling from the apartment above, plumbing issues. I would get fined for leaves that the landscape property would blow into my patio. Horrible experience for my first apartment. I would not recommend this to anyone. Office staff showed no concern. Walls are thin and very noisy. Nothing was done after I made noise complaints. I had to terminate my lease early and lost a lot of money. I paid rent on time every month, followed all property's policies and got treated horribly. Do not believe the reviews. Only good thing was the location.
