As a current resident I can attest to the quality life at the Villa. The staff is always friendly and quick to do any repairs. Indoor and out pools, gym and clubhouse. The grounds are groomed on a regular basis so we are afforded a quiet pretty environment close to every need.

The management acts like this place is the Plaza. It's a rat hole. Literal rats are in the garbage. Avoid!

These apartments look nice on the outside, but wait until you have to deal with the irresponsible management staff. Other residents do not respect your property. Many homeless people end up inside the apartment complex. We have had many drug addicts residing here, and destroying property. Spent the summer trying to get air conditioning to work, which took 2 weeks. Now we have no heat because of plumbing problems. We need management that knows how to solve these situations before the weekends occur and nothing can be done. Dogs poop and pee on porches and then tenants rinse it off on the apartment below. This is not a safe place to live!!
