Villa Apartments

As a current resident I can attest to the quality life at the Villa. The staff is always friendly and quick to do any repairs. Indoor and out pools, gym and clubhouse. The grounds are groomed on a regular basis so we are afforded a quiet pretty environment close to every need.

The management acts like this place is the Plaza. It's a rat hole. Literal rats are in the garbage. Avoid!

These apartments look nice on the outside, but wait until you have to deal with the irresponsible management staff. Other residents do not respect your property. Many homeless people end up inside the apartment complex. We have had many drug addicts residing here, and destroying property. Spent the summer trying to get air conditioning to work, which took 2 weeks. Now we have no heat because of plumbing problems. We need management that knows how to solve these situations before the weekends occur and nothing can be done. Dogs poop and pee on porches and then tenants rinse it off on the apartment below. This is not a safe place to live!!

The manager's are lazy, just like living anywhere here. Don't Have Expectations.

The management team is nice, and the apartments are nice.

Love my home. It’s safe, cozy, and most of all it’s a blessing.

My boyfriend recently moved to these apartments about three months ago and they are awesome. He’s had no problems. I stay there often with him and the people are nice. The stuff is great. Everything is up-to-date and maintenance is wonderful. Much better than my apartment complex. I find myself staying at his house more than my own.

I have been here 4 years and any time I've had an issue with something (which is very rare) maintenance goes beyond being helpful. I am so thankful I moved to the Villa's. Now w/the fence I feel more secured. Thank you...to the staff making sure all animinaties are clean and severable..

I feel like a Millionare living here!!! Thank you managment!
