    My bad experience started on move in day. I was told I could not move in the same day I was supposed to move in. I had a 200 dollar u haul outside with all of my stuff in it ready to move in to be told the apartment was not ready. They tried to cover their error saying they called I received no call no voice-mail. This was eventually rectified and I was able to move my stuff in but some things like the shower and holes in the wall were not fixed. They are trying to update the apartments but the contractor they used failed the renovations are cheaply done. My next issue is the cockroaches. I expect some insects in this city but they were everywhere I was scared to sleep . They did make an effort to spray a few times and now that the cold weather is here it is not so bad. I am worried when the heat starts warming up again about cockroaches. I was told when I moved in the utilities usually are never more then 200 dollars and I got a surprise 414 dollar utility payment due. We are not there half the day Monday through Friday. They do not have individual meters they calculate utilities based on the Sq ft of your apartment so if you have a bigger apartment you are paying more even if you don't use much electricity. Basically you are paying for other peoples usage because your apartments bigger regardless of your usage.I am paying 1520 dollars for a 3 bedroom and 414 dollars for 1 month of utilities.I can never get anyone on the phone and I have to send at least three emails before anyone responds to me of they even dl.Harley the manager does not respond timely. I just want a decent place to live with my children.These apartments are not worth almost 2000 dollars a month. DO NOT RENT 01/20/2023 Got abothee surprise 544 dollar utility bill water qwnt from 21 dollars last month to 225 this month.Who can afford this for one month of services. I'm paying for everybody else's utilities with these shared meters. I WANT OUT of this lease! Do not move here !

    Extremely easy to move in. I arrived at 1pm and was moving into my apartment by 4pm. The management staff was very friendly and willing to assist me in getting moved in and just overall accommodating. Overall great experience.
