Its a nice quiet community I havent had problems with anything in my home or outside. My kids feels safe an love it here. The office staff is nice an very helpful. I recommended this place to two of my best friends!

Community is decent there have been several break ins to the office and Mail rooms over the past few months. Water is always being shut off for repairs. When it was affordable it was nice but they gouge you and raise the rent every time you renew to what is now a ridiculous level. Instead of valuing long time residents they price you out. As much as I hate to move I may be doing so once my lease is up simply because they care more about money than loyalty and what was once an affordable place is now becoming way overpriced for what you get. If nit for the price increases I would highly recommend this place but due to the rent increases I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants stability.

Lovely location near the Sandia foothils! I just moved to Albuquerque and I love seeing the view of the mountains even from my apartment window! Prairie Hills is clean and gated. Mgmt keeps in contact with tenants regularly for updates, etc. I'm on 3rd floor and no issues with noise levels. Like the size of my apartment too. Would recommend these apartments.
